Nursing Faculty - Las Vegas

Location: Las Vegas, NV, USA; on-site teaching across classroom, online, clinical, lab, and simulation settings

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Teach assigned nursing courses in classroom, online, clinical, lab, and simulation formats.
• Create engaging learning experiences using technology and evidence-based teaching methods.
• Evaluate student performance, provide feedback and remediation, and support practice readiness.
• Develop and implement curriculum, course materials, and teaching activities.
• Mentor students and new faculty while collaborating with faculty, clinical partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in committees, program evaluation, professional service, scholarship, and ongoing development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in nursing.
• At least two years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience and education aligned with applicable state regulations and teaching assignments.
• Current regulatory and practice credentials where required.
• Technology expertise with learning management systems, simulation equipment, and online platforms, with increasing ability to work with AI tools.
• Strong communication, collaboration, conflict management, initiative, judgment, and emotional intelligence.
