TL;DR
Regulatory & Compliance Analyst (Agriculture): Supporting global regulatory submissions, environmental compliance, audits, and documentation for crop-protection products and manufacturing operations with an accent on environmental, health, and safety requirements. Focus on interpreting regulatory changes, assessing business risks, embedding compliance across cross-functional processes, and strengthening sustainability performance.

Location: On-site at the headquarters in Bend, Oregon, USA; periodic domestic and international travel required.

Salary: USD 70,000–90,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Support regulatory submissions, product registrations, renewals, and documentation for products, ingredients, and manufacturing activities.
  • Maintain regulatory records, permits, certifications, and compliance documentation.
  • Support environmental, health, and safety compliance related to waste management, emissions, chemical handling, and reporting.
  • Prepare for and follow up on audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to integrate compliance into processes and product development.
  • Monitor regulatory changes, assess business risks, develop training materials, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in regulatory affairs, environmental compliance, EHS, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.
  • Exposure to regulatory frameworks such as EPA requirements, environmental compliance, and permitting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ability to follow established processes, take ownership of tasks, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Comfort working on-site and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Hands-on experience with regulatory submissions, permitting, audits, or inspections.
