Production Supervisor (Automotive Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Paris, Tennessee, United States

What you will do

• Supervise production team members and assign tasks to meet daily output goals.
• Monitor manufacturing processes for compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Coordinate workflow and resolve operational issues, escalating concerns to management or engineering when needed.
• Train and coach employees on standard operating procedures and safety practices.
• Maintain accurate production records and support shift handovers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of applicable experience.
• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• Leadership and team-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and safety protocols.
