Annual base salary: $71,000–$85,000

What you will do

• Design and develop innovative structural packaging solutions for worldwide product launches.
• Create 3D structures that complement and protect complex toy products.
• Develop package concepts, cost estimates, alternative packaging solutions, and cost-saving options.
• Create standard engineering drawings and detailed packaging specifications for paper and plastic materials.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting packaging and business schedules.
• Present ideas, problems, and solutions to management and cross-functional partners, including the China team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Artios CAD and 3D modeling, such as SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of packaging manufacturing processes and experience generating detailed packaging specifications.
• Ability to develop creative packaging solutions and rethink package designs with innovative approaches.
• Experience collaborating in team environments under tight deadlines, with strong organizational and communication skills.
