Electrical Supervisor/Planner

Location: Tomahawk, Wisconsin, United States; onsite mill-based role

Salary: $96,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Establish and assign daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules and coordinate equipment downtime with production leadership.
• Supervise Electrical Department personnel, provide direct oversight, approve time records, and support hiring, training, development, promotion, and disciplinary decisions.
• Ensure predictive and preventive maintenance programs, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance records are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage maintenance parts inventory and budgets, issue requisitions, and recommend capital improvements.
• Upgrade electrical systems and improve process reliability while partnering with Engineering on the design and installation of new equipment.
• Coordinate contractors, support safety programs, participate in production meetings, and provide rotating weekend and after-hours call coverage.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree in a related field is also specified.
• Three to five years of previous industrial experience and previous supervisory experience in coaching, training, team building, performance development, and conflict resolution.
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance, manufacturing systems, shop-floor software, and corrugated or packaging equipment.
• Strong analytical, mechanical, mathematical, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours, including rotating weekend and after-hours coverage.
