QC Testing Technician IV (Lead) - A Shift - Mon-Thurs, 6am-4:30pm

Location: Redmond, Oregon; onsite manufacturing facility. A shift runs Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Pay: $30.61–$45.91 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate daily testing activities, assign tasks, monitor production schedules, and adjust workflow to meet deadlines.
• Operate test units and verify that systems are built and function according to work orders, quality standards, and engineering specifications.
• Charge units with refrigerant, check for leaks, operate recovery and reclaim equipment, and repair defects using brazing equipment.
• Perform wiring, assembly, troubleshooting, and repairs required to complete run testing.
• Maintain accurate testing records and reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Lead team meetings, provide performance feedback, train new employees, and coordinate activities with supervisors, engineers, and other departments.

Requirements

• Vocational or technical training is required.
• 0–5 years of industry experience or equivalent experience in a similar industry.
• Valid 608 Universal EPA Refrigerant license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb, stoop, and sit for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
