Commercial Space Lead (Retail)

What you will do

• Lead retail project resources to strengthen the store customer experience and improve commercial performance.
• Plan and implement commercial upgrades and retail space improvements across the store portfolio.
• Oversee the prioritization and execution of retail space projects and new store format rollouts.
• Optimize stock use, product flow, store relevance, and commercial layouts.
• Collaborate with Expansion, Visual Merchandising, Store Operations, and global teams to localize and implement concepts.
• Use sales data and customer behavior insights to inform portfolio strategy and commercial decisions.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Expansion, or a similar senior retail management role.
• Experience working in an international, matrix organization.
• Proven project management and strategic planning capabilities.
• Strong leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, planning, organization, and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
