Location: Onsite in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, or Guangzhou, China

What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of 7 analysts responsible for pricing systems and applications.
- Oversee the development, testing, rollout, support, reliability, quality, and compliance of pricing systems.
- Collaborate with sales, pricing, IT, and global APAC, EU, and US stakeholders to define business requirements and design solutions.
- Manage IT projects end to end, including timelines, budgets, risks, SOPs, contingency plans, and business continuity.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement scalable, long-term fixes for pricing system issues.
- Define and track KPIs for system performance, issue resolution, and team productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in pricing systems or IT applications management.
- At least 5 years of experience leading analyst teams.
- Experience building, retaining, and developing high-performing teams in diverse environments.
- Strong communication, resilience, creative problem-solving, and change-management skills.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or SQL.
