Launch Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Report regularly to the Country Plant Manager on the operations project portfolio.
• Conduct cross-functional feasibility studies covering project content and capacity during the RFQ phase.
• Plan and coordinate COO work packages to meet time, cost, and quality requirements.
• Control cross-functional outputs and conduct standardized milestone and gate reviews.
• Manage internal and external operations interfaces and hand over projects to the plant according to the product lifecycle.
• Identify projects requiring launch team support and escalate deviations from project standards and requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven project management experience.
• Excellent budgeting and financial management skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong risk management, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
