Manager Patient Affair and Diagnostics

What you will do

• Contribute to Patient Affairs and Diagnostics strategy discussions across therapeutic areas.
• Design, implement, coordinate, and advocate for patient-centered initiatives.
• Build relationships and maintain timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead project execution, track status, manage risks and budgets, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor implementation, compliance, performance, and project outcomes in line with relevant SOPs.
• Conduct field visits, gather insights from doctors, nurses, and patients, and develop project materials and training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in medicine or science; an advanced healthcare degree is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in the medical industry, with knowledge of patient affairs, diagnostics, insights, and unmet needs.
• Clinical or basic medical background is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong working relationships.
• Strong ethics, business integrity, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication.
• Excellent verbal and written English is required.
