Location: Guangdong, China; full-time, onsite role.

What you will do
- Manage projects through the full lifecycle, from process planning to customer delivery.
- Coordinate resources and ensure materials and tools are ready for each design stage.
- Develop project processes and schedules in line with agreed factory and customer completion dates.
- Identify execution bottlenecks and report them to the supervisor promptly.
- Prepare daily project summaries and organize review meetings and regular reports during the stable design stage.
- Supervise execution to ensure customer delivery milestones are achieved.
Requirements
- More than 2 years of experience in foreign trade merchandising and factory work.
- Experience with project management and follow-up activities.
- Proficiency in office software.
- Proficient English reading and writing skills required.
- College degree or above preferred.
Nice to have
- Cable processing experience.
- CET4 or above.
