Associate Loan Executive (Finance)

Location: Northbrook, IL, United States; onsite

Compensation: $19.00–$22.60 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Coordinate, run, and distribute daily reports across the team.
• Monitor, sort, and prioritize department inboxes, including research related to disbursements.
• Assist with accurate and timely processing of loan agreements during staffing shortages.
• Verify insurance policies by communicating with insurance markets.
• Track assigned tasks, follow up on completion, and support management with special reports and projects.
• Provide high-quality service to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior administrative, customer service, operations, banking, or finance experience is helpful but not required.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
