Licensed Relationship Manager (Banking)

Location: Hamburg, NY, United States; on-site work required

Salary: $23.00–$27.00 per hour, plus a structured incentive compensation plan, additional bonus opportunities, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with high-value retail clients, grow portfolios, and support branch investment and retail goals.
• Identify customer needs, drive deposit growth and investment sales, cross-sell banking products, and develop referrals.
• Open and maintain customer accounts, process transactions, originate consumer loans, and support mortgage lending activities.
• Resolve customer service issues, maintain a high-quality customer experience, and support branch business plans and CRM initiatives.
• Assist with office operations, including teller coverage, workload management, scheduling, security, audits, collections, and operational procedures.
• Support and cross-train staff while ensuring compliance with bank policies, broker/dealer procedures, and federal and state regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2–6 years of customer service, investment or insurance product sales, and administrative or supervisory experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of banking experience with an understanding of consumer lending preferred.
• FINRA SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 must be in good standing upon hire or pursued upon hire.
• A current applicable state Life and Health Insurance License is required upon hire or must be pursued upon hire.
• Ability to analyze financial and client data, communicate clearly, make sound decisions, use banking and Microsoft Office systems, and work with on-site equipment.
