Location: Glen Ellyn, Illinois, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: Minimum estimated hourly rate of $15.00, plus eligibility for monthly commissions

What you will do

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing borrowers interested in mortgage purchases or refinancing.
• Analyze customer finances and assess individual mortgage needs.
• Research mortgage guidelines and structure suitable loan options.
• Present mortgage options, guide informed decisions, and assist with applications.
• Collect required documentation, monitor application status, and provide customer updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support efficient processing, underwriting, and closing.

Requirements

• Call center experience and confident, professional communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, oral, and telephone etiquette skills.
• Strong aptitude for mathematics and financial analysis; sales experience is preferred.
• Self-motivated, energetic, organized, and able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Internet.
• Must meet all NMLS requirements.
