Project/Program Director - Aviation

Location: Denver, Colorado; onsite client support across the western U.S., including Denver, Phoenix, and Los Angeles

Salary: $187,591.53–$214,390.32 annually

What you will do

• Lead project management, technical oversight, and delivery across airport capital improvement programs.
• Manage business cases, stakeholder engagement, design, procurement, permitting, approvals, schedules, budgets, costs, change management, safety, quality control, and ORAT.
• Oversee engineering, pre-construction, construction, bidding strategies, facility integration, commissioning, and activation.
• Develop project controls, procedures, governance, and integrated program and project schedules.
• Coordinate airport operating divisions, airlines, regulatory agencies, contractors, and other delivery partners.
• Track program performance using earned value management, Primavera P6, PMIS, and related software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of construction and/or project management experience.
• Successful management experience with capital projects or programs valued at more than $10 million.
• Significant aviation experience, including management of design or construction in an active airport terminal environment.
• Knowledge of airport operations, airport facility design, and airport construction.
• Ability to provide onsite support at aviation client sites in the western U.S.

• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent construction activities within a complex capital infrastructure project.
