Electrical Engineer

What you will do

• Support basic, detailed, and field electrical engineering under project and discipline leads.
• Participate in design reviews, vendor qualification and audits, technical evaluations, and shop inspections of electrical equipment.
• Prepare and coordinate electrical documentation for local permits and regulatory approvals.
• Coordinate with overseas engineers, contractors, vendors, local authorities, and other engineering disciplines.
• Support and lead commissioning and start-up activities, including loop checks, functional testing, troubleshooting, and field construction support.
• Track engineering progress, deliverables, design changes, and resources while supporting technical documentation and project risk reviews.

Requirements

• Experience with electrical engineering design, construction, commissioning, or maintenance in industrial facilities is preferred.
• Understanding of engineering standards, specifications, codes, electrical safety, construction practices, equipment installation, and commissioning.
• Familiarity with transformers, switchgear, MCCs, motors, UPS systems, and power distribution systems.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills are required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in multidisciplinary and multicultural project teams.
• Professional Electrical Engineer license, Electrical Construction License, or equivalent certification is preferred.
