Facility Engineer (1-Year Contract)

Location: On-site in Songdo, Incheon, Republic of Korea

What you will do

• Support factory construction activities across safety, architectural, mechanical, piping, and electrical disciplines.
• Manage facility and project procurement, including purchase orders, deliveries, performance verification, and invoices.
• Maintain project schedules by updating work management systems and dashboards.
• Localize and translate global facility procedures and work instructions for regional requirements.
• Supervise outsourced facility and utility maintenance providers, develop SLAs, verify compliance with company standards, and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, facilities engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in facilities and utilities operation and maintenance, including vendor management.
• Technical expertise in HVAC, utility systems, electrical systems, piping, and building infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Excel, CMMS, BMS/EMS, and CAD.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Korean.
• Valid Korean work authorization is required for foreign nationals. A valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, ability to travel abroad, and suitability confirmed by a pre-assignment health examination are also required.

Nice to have

• Electrical Engineer, HVAC Technician, or other relevant certifications.
