What you will do

  • Manage relationships with customers and channel partners, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Identify customer requirements and deliver the most suitable SEL protection solution.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of SEL products and explain the technology and innovation to customers.
  • Participate in strategic account and regional sales planning, including quarterly forecasts and sales goals.
  • Analyze and report industry, competitor, and customer trends to the broader organization.
  • Coordinate customer feedback and product issue resolution while supporting commercial negotiations and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent education and technical sales experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in electrical engineering or technical sales.
  • Demonstrated success growing sales within a territory.
  • Strong understanding of commercial terms and conditions.
  • Ability to travel and communicate effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Fluency in the local language and familiarity with local business practices are required.

Nice to have

  • Experience using SEL products.
  • Experience in the utility and industrial industries.
