Preconstruction Services Manager - South Central Region

What you will do

• Lead the preconstruction sales effort across the South Central region.
• Manage bid procurement and maintain clarity across finance, estimating, engineering, manufacturing, operations, and management.
• Prepare budgets, bid estimates, and sales proposals.
• Track sales opportunities and provide regular updates to management.
• Build business with clients, architects, consultants, and supply chain partners throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Support product selection, system design, project scheduling, and client proposal requests while maintaining acceptable profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Sales and Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least five years of related experience in project management, engineering, or sales with a curtain wall subcontractor or manufacturer, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Curtain wall and/or glazing experience is required.
• Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, Revit Viewer, SketchUp, and Adobe InDesign, plus the ability to read structural and architectural drawings and understand specifications.
