Sr. Preconstruction Manager-South Central Region (Curtain Wall)

What you will do

• Lead the regional preconstruction sales effort and support sales goals through accurate bid execution.
• Manage bid procurement and align finance, estimating, engineering, manufacturing, operations, and management.
• Prepare budgets, bid estimates, and sales proposals.
• Track sales opportunities and provide regular updates to management.
• Build relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and supply chain partners while supporting product selection, system design, schedules, and proposal requests.
• Drive business development activities across the South Central region while maintaining acceptable profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Sales and Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience in project management, engineering, or sales with a curtain wall subcontractor or manufacturer, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Curtain wall and/or glazing experience is required.
• Ability to read structural and architectural drawings and understand specification documents.
• Strong relationship-building, analytical, mathematical, reasoning, communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, Revit Viewer, SketchUp, and Adobe InDesign.
