Senior Superintendent - High-Rise

What you will do

• Supervise construction projects and coordinate field construction teams, subcontractors, and direct-hire work.
• Enforce safety procedures, participate in safety training, and maintain compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Prepare and maintain CPM schedules, coordinate planning and expediting, and control project costs.
• Set quality standards, review drawings and specifications, and manage subcontractor submittals.
• Order materials and tools, prepare project reports, approve invoices, and coordinate subcontractor meetings.
• Complete punchlists, start-up testing, turnover, final close-out, and owner acceptance.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience as a Superintendent and extensive supervisory-level field construction experience.
• Current Safety Trained Supervisor certification, or ability to obtain it within six months of hire and maintain active certification.
• Working knowledge of all construction crafts, specifications, and trades, with prior experience as a foreman, journeyman, or project engineer.
• Knowledge of job scheduling, planning, expediting, cost control, and OSHA laws.
• Strong problem-solving ability and sense of urgency; ability to travel and supervise multiple projects across a large geographic area.
