Focus on coaching leaders, coordinating annual salary increases and personnel costs, managing succession planning, and deploying HR processes and guidelines.

What you will do
- Act as an HR Business Partner for an assigned group of leaders and employees.
- Support employee strategy, workforce planning, personnel planning, and personnel cost management.
- Coordinate recruitment needs, candidate selection, contract negotiations, and onboarding activities.
- Support talent management, succession planning, salary change processes, and employee development measures.
- Coach and advise leaders on leadership, competency management, team development, and change-related topics.
- Coordinate HR topics across HR departments and support the implementation of HR processes and guidelines.
Requirements
- University degree in Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, or Commerce.
- French required.
- English required.
- Knowledge of candidate assessment, testing, interview techniques, employee onboarding, executive search, job analysis, job fairs, and recruitment planning and management.
- Strong communication, social and intercultural sensitivity, change management, conflict management, teamwork, self-organization, motivation, resilience, and result orientation.

- One year of experience in the automotive industry.
