Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders across China Support Functions and administration to align people strategies with business and corporate objectives.
• Drive talent calibration, succession planning, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning using data-driven insights.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations in line with local labor law and global policies.
• Lead global and local HR transformation projects, including talent development frameworks, engagement initiatives, and HR technology deployments.
• Own HR stewardship for the hirify.global Trading Company legal entity, including organizational structure, personnel information, and support for government inspections.
• Identify process gaps, implement improvements, and collaborate with regional and global HR teams to enhance HR service delivery.

Requirements

• Seasoned HR professional experienced in strategic HR business partnering within a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in complex employee relations, investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and terminations.
• Knowledge of local labor law and the ability to manage legal and employee relations risks.
• Experience with talent development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, project governance, and change management.
• Ability to support government inspection activities and official assignments for a legal entity.
