Base pay: $70,600–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for customer communication and provide timely, accurate information.
• Coordinate project management activities for assigned customer programs and existing products.
• Facilitate internal communication and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain customer relationships and develop long-term business partnerships.
• Lead customer satisfaction surveys, analysis, follow-up actions, and reporting.
• Investigate customer complaints, coordinate resolutions, and manage timely follow-up.
• Review customer orders, process order entry, maintain order schedules, and monitor production plans.
• Review contracts and purchase orders and address order-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least five years of customer service experience, including successful customer complaint resolution.
• Familiarity with customer service systems and processes.
• Working knowledge of project management, order management, and production planning procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and standard business software.
• Strong English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
