Management Reporting and P&L Analyst

Salary: $70,000–$103,300 yearly

What you will do

• Create and analyze financial information, business trends, variance explanations, risk assessments, and solutions.
• Support weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting for operational performance.
• Prepare presentation materials and reports for senior and executive leadership and shareholders.
• Identify and drive process improvements in month-end close activities.
• Maintain financial tools and recommend automation and more efficient reporting methods.
• Provide ad hoc financial and KPI analysis to support decisions and measurable P&L improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience in accounting and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of US GAAP standards and strong financial acumen.
• Data analysis and modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems such as OneStream, Adaptive Insights, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
