Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Bend, Oregon, USA — onsite

What you will do

• Maintain product Bills of Material, Manufacturing Control Documents, SOPs, and material specifications.
• Coordinate approvals for process and product changes and support change management and deviations.
• Investigate quality issues through root cause analysis and analyze production data for trends and inefficiencies.
• Implement improvements that increase safety, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Support the specification, installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment.
• Use blueprints, CAD/CAM files, and technical drawings while supporting fabrication, prototyping, and CNC equipment operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience with process validation tools such as SPC and DOE.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software, preferably SolidWorks or Autodesk Fusion 360.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, measurement skills, data analysis ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work hands-on and cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Operations teams.
