Customer Support Specialist (HVAC)

Location: Hybrid schedule with onsite work Monday through Thursday and flexible work location on Fridays; locations include Pittsburgh, PA, Glen Burnie, MD, Timonium, MD, Midlothian, VA, and Greensburg, PA.

Annual base salary range: $41,000–$82,809.99 USD. Exception hourly compensation; incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, identify needs, and provide effective solutions.
• Process high volumes of quotes and orders for Account Managers with accuracy.
• Provide technical support, promote products, and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Make outbound calls, resolve customer issues within policy, and visit customers as needed.
• Support store operations through events, in-store coverage, inventory activities, safety practices, and standard work.
• Collaborate with teams, mentor new associates, participate in community activities, and model strong customer-facing behavior.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of inside sales, retail, or related experience.
• Strong customer-service, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• High energy, teamwork orientation, and comfort using Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Thursday at one of the listed US locations.
