Salary: $66,375–$99,120 per year

What you will do

• Deliver predictive financial analysis and profitability insights to Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Track commercial performance against strategic goals and support revenue growth and profitability initiatives.
• Prepare accurate monthly reporting for Commercial activities while maintaining SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Support Annual Operating Plan preparation, forecasting, business cases, and ad-hoc financial modeling.
• Help develop and drive adoption of Google Data Studio/Looker Studio and interactive sales dashboards.
• Guide stakeholders on data governance, metric selection, and analytical best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of progressive finance or FP&A experience.
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking, financial modeling, and data-analysis skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong command of Google Suite, Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools including Google Data Studio, MfgPro, Oracle, and Cognos.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, organization, initiative, and follow-up skills.
