Sr. Project Manager (Mid-Atlantic)

What you will do

• Lead project execution from startup through closeout.
• Manage junior project managers, field teams, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee financial processes, including forecasting, analysis, and communication of key project metrics.
• Ensure accountability and consistent execution in line with established project processes and best practices.
• Apply technical knowledge of the curtainwall business to identify risks and teach others how to mitigate potential losses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
• 9–16 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Required experience in the curtainwall industry.
• Technical acuity applicable to curtainwall projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, ethics, problem-solving, time-management, and change-management skills.
• Ability to take ownership and lead projects with little or no oversight.
