Construction Project Manager (Curtainwall)

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year plus annual bonus opportunity

What you will do

• Manage scope, tasks, processes, and schedules for small-to-mid-sized construction projects.
• Partner with experienced project managers, field teams, clients, and general contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive critical tasks to completion while maintaining process compliance and project profitability.
• Prepare information that enables regional leaders to predict, analyze, and communicate key project metrics and results.
• Promote accountability and consistency with hirify.global’s project management best practices.
• Apply technical expertise to mitigate losses and proactively identify project challenges.

Requirements

• Construction experience or knowledge applicable to the curtainwall business.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
• Leadership, problem-solving, communication, time management, and change management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, build consensus, maintain professional integrity, and take ownership of results.
