AEC Project Manager (Digital Innovation)

Location: Kansas City, MO, USA; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Lead consulting, design, or construction management projects involving multiple disciplines.
• Direct project performance in line with objectives, requirements, quality standards, and client satisfaction metrics.
• Manage safety, subcontractors, change management, project controls, reporting, staffing, budgets, and schedules.
• Build and maintain client relationships that support positive project outcomes and future work.
• Track and remain accountable for project financial performance across single or multiple assignments.
• Obtain industry certifications, including PMP and AECPMA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least five years of applicable experience, preferably in a design firm or field construction office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and manage team members in a collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated experience as an Assistant Project Manager or in a lead role managing a discipline or area of expertise.
• Foundational understanding of core engineering disciplines and design and construction project delivery.
