Sr Lead, Infra DisasterRecov

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $95,600–$162,400 USD annually, plus a discretionary bonus program that may include equity.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage disaster recovery programs, plans, risk assessments, continuity strategies, and response procedures.
• Drive disaster recovery governance, metrics, compliance, risk management, and issue remediation.
• Develop resiliency engineering solutions, automate recovery workflows, and implement disaster recovery orchestration tooling.
• Influence infrastructure and application architecture to improve recoverability and reduce recovery times.
• Lead disaster recovery testing exercises, validate recovery capabilities, and coordinate with IT, Security, and application teams.
• Lead recovery efforts during disruptions and deliver disaster recovery training and awareness programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience as a technical specialist or senior business analyst at enterprise scale.
• 7+ years of experience leading teams or managing projects.
• Strong infrastructure and application architecture experience, with deep knowledge of disaster recovery methodologies, tools, and technologies.
• Experience with Agile delivery and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

• CBCP or a similar certification.
