What you will do

• Lead the Disaster Recovery (DR) program, defining long-term strategy and resilience roadmaps.
• Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) for critical applications to establish RTO/RPO targets.
• Coordinate and lead tabletop, functional, and live DR tests, ensuring remediation is tracked.
• Partner with Cybersecurity and IT Operations to design and test cyber-disaster scenarios.
• Define and report DR KPIs and KRIs to leadership and audit forums.
• Manage third-party DR engagements, including vendor SLAs and backup platform resilience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in disaster recovery, operational resilience, or business continuity.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and data backup/recovery solutions.
• Proven experience leading BIAs, RTO/RPO definition, and DR testing for complex portfolios.
• Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Legal, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in joint-venture or multi-party environments.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001-aligned ISMS frameworks.
• Knowledge of GenAI or automation for DR reporting and orchestration.
• Relevant certifications such as CBCP, CBRITP, CISSP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
