Senior Manager, Quality Management Systems (Manufacturing)

Location: Wausau, Wisconsin, United States; full-time, office and manufacturing environments. Frequent manufacturing exposure and up to 50% overnight travel may be required depending on projects and home location.

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the standardized Quality Management System across all Architectural Metals locations.
• Develop and deploy a common Architectural Metals Quality Manual and ensure quality policies are documented, communicated, and adopted.
• Manage audits and assessments, analyze findings, and drive corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Lead implementation of IT solutions for non-conformance management, corrective and preventive actions, document control, and internal auditing.
• Partner with site leadership and department heads to integrate quality standards into operations and prepare for internal and external audits.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, define KPIs, maintain quality records, and report performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in quality and manufacturing.
• Proven experience developing and managing quality policies, procedures, and systems.
• Experience working in a multi-site environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, training, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments and lift up to 10 pounds.
