Manager Global Product Quality Assurance

Location: Easton, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite daily with no remote option. Relocation is offered. Travel: 10–20% domestic and international.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a global team of quality professionals through coaching, performance reviews, career planning, and succession planning.
• Own the Product Evaluation Request process from customer issue intake and investigation through disposition and closure.
• Manage global Change Control Document and Material Test Report processes while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as the primary quality interface for customers, sales, Application Engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and engineering teams.
• Lead beta testing and quality validation for new product introductions, including participation in NPD core teams and design reviews.
• Develop triage, traceability, containment, field alert, corrective action, metrics, and executive reporting processes for product quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Mechanical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action methods, including 8D, DMAIC, 5-Why, and Fishbone.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts such as control charts, process capability, and Pareto analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, and Minitab; ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

• Advanced degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Advanced statistical methods and ERP/QMS systems experience.
