Inspection Engineer (Food Industry)

Location: An Nubariyah, Beheira Governorate, Egypt; onsite

hirify.global Egypt manufactures and packages baking yeasts, yeast derivatives, and yeast extracts for food products, animal feed, baking, flavorings, colors, and enzymes.

What you will do

• Prioritize safe working practices and conduct on-site inspections to identify equipment anomalies through vibration, temperature, noise, smell, and other indicators.
• Perform machine health checks using checklists and OEM manuals.
• Develop critical control points and define upper and lower limits for measured parameters on separators, clarifiers, pumps, and other critical equipment.
• Assess equipment condition, recommend repair methods, and verify repair quality.
• Implement lubrication practices across site equipment and develop condition-based maintenance programs for critical assets.
• Support regulatory, SOP, and OEM compliance while improving MTBF and MTTR and reducing unplanned stops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
• 1–3 years of solid experience in the food industry, heavy equipment, or high-tech packaging.
• Knowledge of equipment inspections, machine health checks, and condition assessment.
• Ability to work in compliance with regulatory requirements, company SOPs, and OEM manuals.
• Ability to work onsite in An Nubariyah, Beheira Governorate, Egypt.
