Quality Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Monitor manufacturing-process conformity and intervene when internal or external deviations occur.
• Study and apply customer-specific requirements while ensuring product compliance.
• Lead problem-solving activities and multidisciplinary corrective-action efforts.
• Communicate with customers, provide timely feedback, and address risks or deviations.
• Participate in APQP phase transitions, system release, feasibility, and process FMEA meetings.
• Develop, implement, and maintain monitoring plans, with authority to stop production or shipping when requirements are not met.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar position in industry.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
