What you will do

• Contribute to the design, implementation, and testing of engineering projects.
• Track and report project progress while working in project teams.
• Support production, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow new technologies and industry trends and apply relevant developments to industrial projects.
• Participate in regional and global projects with exposure to real business operations.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with up to 3 years of experience in Food, Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Continuous-learning mindset, responsibility, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.

Nice to have

• Educational background or experience relevant to Lean, Planning, Warehouse, Packaging, Quality Control, or Derivative Products.
