VP, Business Strategy - WLF (Life Insurance Premium Finance)

Location: Rosemont, Illinois, United States; onsite position

Salary: $98,000–$132,000 annual salary, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, formulate, execute, and monitor WLF’s strategic plan.
• Conduct life insurance premium finance market research, analyze business data, and deliver reports, presentations, financial models, and recommendations to executive leaders.
• Manage the process efficiency and strategy administration team while identifying operational growth opportunities and driving long-term process improvements.
• Lead strategic initiatives and coordinate with project managers, Strategic Initiative Owners, the ePMO, and oversight teams to secure approvals and implement projects on schedule.
• Develop customer persona insights by engaging with clients and prospects, then partner with Sales and Client Success to improve product adoption and support loan growth.
• Build product-level KPIs and optimization models covering premium tiers, quote conversion ratios, down payments, installments, and pricing.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in the financial industry.
• Experience owning a strategic initiative from concept through completion.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to work onsite in Rosemont, Illinois.
• Premium finance experience preferred.
