Business Analysis Advisor (C&IB - CLLO Process Improvement)

Location: Based in Kalamazoo, MI; Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Denver, CO; Dallas, TX; East Brunswick, NJ; or Pittsburgh, PA. Remote work may be available in select geographic locations with approval, with occasional in-office participation required based on business needs. Core hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm ET. Occasional travel may be required.

Base salary: $75,000-$150,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Research, discover, collect, and interpret complex business requirements.
• Assess business processes, identify gaps and root causes, and quantify and prioritize value creation opportunities.
• Lead root cause analysis and develop actionable recommendations for sustainable end-to-end process improvements.
• Manage multiple business analysis projects through planning, quality assurance, deployment, and effectiveness assessment.
• Develop complex reporting and maintain policy and procedure documentation.
• Partner with business stakeholders, subject-matter experts, clients, and technology teams to deliver operational and technology improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with business process analysis, requirements analysis, process management, project management, data analytics, and reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, consulting, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to independently lead assignments, manage scope, risks, resources, dependencies, and deliverables, and mentor other associates.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.

Nice to have

• Ability to develop SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• Experience with the Waterfall model.
