Business Analytics Lead - Data, Modeling & Analytics

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; or Tysons Corner, VA, United States

Base salary: $91,000–$202,800 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead analytics processes across multiple functions and business units using complex analytical tools.
• Develop and optimize solutions for customer acquisition, engagement, retention, attrition, product adoption, household growth, and deposit performance.
• Evaluate statistical assumptions, methodological tradeoffs, interpretability, scalability, and business applicability to determine the best analytical approach.
• Consult with business clients on statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product development.
• Analyze results and communicate recommendations from complex analytical solutions to business partners, senior management, and broader audiences.
• Mentor junior employees and guide peers on complex analytical approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, operations research, data science, computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics, statistics, data science, business intelligence, customer analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Must work in-office in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, or Tysons Corner.

• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline.
