Business Analyst Senior

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; or Birmingham, AL

Base salary: $52,500–$96,250 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Support fraud prevention and early warning programs through business analysis and vendor partnership activities.
• Research, collect, interpret, and document business requirements, user stories, workflows, policies, and procedures.
• Translate business needs into actionable solutions and provide consultation on business designs and process improvements.
• Partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, clients, and technology teams in an agile environment.
• Perform gap analysis, business process modeling, workflow analytics, reporting, and effectiveness measurement.
• Support strong controls, audit readiness, enterprise risk management, and analysis of customer account impacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with requirements analysis, business processes, analytical thinking, consulting, problem-solving, and project management.
• Knowledge of agile methodology, data analytics, management reporting, prioritization, and waterfall models.
• Must work in-office in one of the listed US locations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
