Laboratory Support Technician (Environment Testing)

Location: On-site in Earth City, Missouri, USA; must live within a commutable distance of the laboratory. Part-time, flexible first shift, 20 hours per week.

Salary: $15–$16 per hour, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Retrieve, return, label, and organize samples throughout the analytical process.
• Prepare laboratory materials, including planchets, centrifuge tubes, bottles, syringes, and other disposables.
• Wash, dry, organize, and distribute laboratory glassware.
• Remove consumed containers and update laboratory tracking systems or designated logs.
• Maintain laboratory inventory, workspaces, storage areas, and common areas.
• Handle waste, trash, recycling, and housekeeping tasks while following safety procedures and using required PPE.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous laboratory, warehouse, manufacturing, or production support experience.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a laboratory environment with required PPE.
