Sample Disposal Technician - Temporary

Location: Onsite at the Barberton, Ohio, USA location. First shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Salary: $18–$19 per hour, based on experience.

What you will do

• Prepare samples for processing and distribute them to the appropriate departments.
• Store, restock, shelve, log, and dispose of samples.
• Enter sample records into the LIMS system.
• Assist the sample receiving group with unpacking coolers and labeling samples.
• Follow safety and quality control procedures while keeping the work area clean and organized.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Ability to climb a step stool and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, basic math, and clear communication.
• Ability to work effectively with a team and follow safety procedures.
