What you will do

• Deliver standardized HSE services and functional support across Service Center operations.
• Implement global and regional HSE processes and develop location-specific procedures.
• Identify HSE risks and opportunities, support hazard and risk assessments, and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
• Plan and implement annual HSE improvement initiatives aligned with global and regional strategies.
• Coordinate HSE training for employees and external workers and support a strong local safety culture.
• Collaborate with managers, employees, HSE professionals, Quality, HR, and Occupational Health Services, with travel of up to 50% to other facilities and customer sites.

Requirements

• Secondary degree in safety, environmental studies, or a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of HSE experience in a similar environment.
• Experience driving continuous improvement activities.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system standards and certifications.
• Proficiency with local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to other hirify.global facilities and customer sites.
