What you will do

• Manage and deliver standardized HSE services and functional support to Service Centers operations.
• Support local HSE management and strengthen safety culture to meet legal, customer, and Group requirements.
• Coordinate and implement Global/Area HSE processes and develop location-specific HSE procedures.
• Manage internal and external HSE issues, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure quality of HSE documentation.
• Identify HSE risks and opportunities, propose solutions, and plan annual HSE improvement plans for must-win initiatives.
• Coordinate local HSE training programs and support hazard and risk assessments for normal, abnormal, and changing operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in/with HSE in a similar environment.
• Experience driving continuous improvement activities.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system standards and certifications.
• Proficiency with local, state, and federal safety/environmental regulations.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to other hirify.global facilities and customer sites.
