Process Transformation Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Document workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support process mining and process discovery initiatives, including data preparation, analysis, and insight generation.
• Build KPI reports, dashboards, and trend analyses to quantify transformation impact.
• Maintain automation backlogs and transformation roadmaps connected to business value.
• Support client workshops and synthesize findings into clear recommendations.
• Track emerging GenAI and automation trends and translate them into practical use cases.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in process improvement, BPM, automation, or business analysis.
• Familiarity with Celonis, UiPath, SAP Signavio, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in client environments.
• AI and generative AI literacy, including responsible AI principles covering ethics, privacy, security, and governance.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Exposure to core enterprise processes such as O2C, P2P, and AR/AP.
