What you will do

• Lead AI strategy, readiness, roadmap, and transformation engagements.
• Design AI Factory operating models, governance interfaces, and adoption roadmaps.
• Run C-level workshops focused on use-case prioritization, value realization, and mobilization.
• Shape major pursuits, including proposal storylines, scope, delivery approaches, and commercial assumptions.
• Quality-assure executive deliverables and mentor managers and consultants on AI advisory methods.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in consulting, digital, data, AI strategy, or enterprise transformation.
• Experience advising senior public-sector, government, financial-services, energy, telecommunications, or regulated clients.
• Track record of leading large proposals, transformation programs, and multi-workstream advisory delivery.
• Ability to connect business ambition, data readiness, technology, and measurable value.
• Experience with AI strategy, enterprise AI roadmaps, AI Factory design, use-case prioritization, and value realization.
• Working knowledge of GenAI, agentic AI, cloud AI platforms, data platforms, and Responsible AI.
