Senior AI Process & Automation Consultant

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery sessions and map end-to-end business processes, including exceptions, dependencies, and manual workarounds.
• Establish process baselines using operational data, system logs, sampling, and metrics such as volume, cycle time, errors, exceptions, and manual effort.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities based on value, feasibility, risk, and expected return, including processes that should not be automated.
• Define expected outputs, business rules, edge cases, human-in-the-loop requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Build representative test sets and collaborate with Automation Engineers through solution design, development, testing, parallel running, and validation.
• Develop and present business cases, measure post-implementation results, and recommend further improvements to senior customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong experience in business process analysis, process improvement, transformation, intelligent automation, process mining, or related consulting.
• Experience mapping and improving complex business processes in client-facing environments.
• Experience using data, system logs, sampling, and operational metrics to measure process performance and business value.
• Experience defining business requirements, outcomes, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and business cases covering effort, cost, efficiency, quality, and return.
• Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, independent working, and collaboration with technical teams.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English is required. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Celonis, UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar process mining and intelligent automation platforms.
• Background in business transformation, shared services transformation, ERP consulting, operational excellence, internal audit, or controls.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, agentic AI tools, AI-driven multi-step workflows, or human-in-the-loop automation.
• Experience automating repetitive parts of professional workflows.
