Facilities Engineering Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Farmers Branch, Texas, United States; full-time onsite day shift

What you will do

• Lead technical troubleshooting, engineering analysis, and project execution for HVAC, ultrapure water, wastewater, cleanroom, chemical, and gas-delivery systems.
• Manage semiconductor tool installations to support production capability and industry standards.
• Lead engineers, technicians, and contractors to maintain safe and reliable facility operations.
• Develop utility capacity-versus-demand models and oversee capital improvement projects, including budgeting, upgrades, and contractor management.
• Manage facility policies, SOPs, budgets, contracts, vendors, and KPI performance across safety, quality, cost, and compliance.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with cross-functional leaders on site and company-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, 6 years with a master’s degree, 3 years with a PhD, or equivalent experience.
• Strong semiconductor facilities engineering experience, including cleanroom operations, HVAC, ultrapure water, wastewater, chemical and gas distribution, and power distribution.
• Experience with facility management systems, utility systems, project management, vendor management, and electrical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, TCEQ, building codes, environmental requirements, and other applicable regulations.
• Demonstrated people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and team development experience.
