What you will do

• Maintain and ensure reliability of mechanical systems including HVAC, chilled water plants, and boilers.
• Design, analyze, and troubleshoot mechanical systems and equipment to resolve systematic issues.
• Develop engineering scopes of work and conduct design reviews for facility projects.
• Create mechanical systems roadmaps and asset replacement strategies for future growth and expansion.
• Drive the commissioning of new systems and significant modifications to existing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and service providers to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years of experience or Master's with 3+ years in facilities engineering.
• Experience with HVAC, oil-free air systems, chilled water plants, or boilers.
• Background in large-scale manufacturing or mechanical engineering facility support.
• Proficiency in mechanical (pumps, piping, valves) and control systems.
• Must be able to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.
